Important Conditions

To prevent misuse and ensure fairness for all customers:

• The Kangan logo tag, brand label, and original packaging must not be removed, damaged, altered, or tampered with.

• Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Any signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, alterations, or damage caused after delivery will make the product ineligible for return.

• Products sent back with missing accessories, freebies, or packaging materials may be rejected.

Easy Return Process

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your order number and reason for return.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where service is available) or guide you through the return process.

4. After quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Fraud Prevention

Kangan reserves the right to reject returns if:

• The product has been worn, used, washed, or altered.

• The logo tag, brand label, or packaging has been tampered with.

• Repeated suspicious return patterns are detected.

• Incorrect or different products are sent back to us.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
